- All classes must be registered at least 48 hours in advance. Class Fees are non-refundable, and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
- If you cannot make a class, call us and we can move you to a different class. No-show/no-calls will not be rescheduled and forfeit the class fee.
- Instruction costs do not include materials which must be purchased at Natural Stitches, but class materials are discounted 10%. If you buy the day of the class, please allow time before class to purchase materials. If you already own needles, hooks, spindles, etc., those do not need to be purchased here at the shop. However, if our instructor feels that your learning is being inhibited by poor quality tools, they may ask you to purchase new ones.
- Classes start promptly, so please be on time, early is preferred.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late you forfeit your place in class and your fees, unless you call and make other arrangements in advance.
- Cell phones and pagers are disruptive to our instructors and to other students. Turn off your cell phones and pagers.
- If Natural Stitches cancels the class for any reason, we will refund your class fee or reschedule your class.
- Please ask for the materials list and pre-class assignment when you reserve your spot.
